Entry Requirements

WASSCE/ NECO

1. A minimum C6 in 3 core subjects (Mathematics and English mandatory)
2. A minimum C6 in 3 elective subjects

1. Minimum D or a pass in 3 core subjects (Mathematics and English mandatory)
2. Minimum D or a pass in 3 elective subjects

IGCSE O-Level & A-Level

1. Minimum of 5 credit passes in the IGCSE/O-Levels (Mathematics and English mandatory)
2. 3 passes in A-Levels

English International Baccalaureate

1. Minimum of 5 credit passes in the IGCSE/O-Levels (Mathematics and English mandatory)
2. A minimum score of 4 points in 3 Higher Level (HL) subjects

French International Baccalaureate

1. Minimum of 50% overall average pass (subject to approval NAB)
2. Mathematics, English and Physics are mandatory

American High School

Minimum GPA of 3.0 (Mathematics, English and Physics mandatory)

Application Process

freshman classes fall in August, with an early deadline in March every year.

Applicants can opt to also apply online at https://acity.edu.gh/applyonline/ or visit the school’s admission office between 9 am and 5 pm daily at Haatso, Accra, Ghana.

Presidential Scholarship

Academy City offers only the presidential scholarship which is awarded to students who put up great academic performance along with leadership and the spirit of entrepreneurship.
